Sandya Designs sells digital machine-embroidery design files for instant download. Designs start at ₹100, every design is always 50% off its MRP as our standing boutique promotion, and each file is hand-digitised and test-stitched before it is listed. By placing an order you agree to the terms on this page.
Your licence
Every purchase grants a single commercial-use licence to the buyer:
- Allowed — stitch the design onto physical products you make and sell: kurtas, tote bags, caps, uniforms, gifts, anything with a hoop in its future.
- Not allowed — reselling, sharing, gifting or redistributing the design files themselves, whether original, edited or renamed.
- Not allowed — uploading our files to other marketplaces, design bundles, file-sharing sites or WhatsApp groups.
- Each licence covers one person or one business. If a friend wants the design, that is a second purchase — at 50% off, they can afford it.
Prices & payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and payable via UPI — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app. The 50% discount off MRP is a standing boutique promotion that we apply to every design, every day; it is not a countdown gimmick and requires no coupon. We may adjust MRP or promotions in the future, but the price shown at checkout is always the price you pay.
Delivery
Designs are delivered instantly — the moment your UPI payment is confirmed, the file is available in My Downloads and saved to your Gmail account for re-download on any device, any time. There is no shipping, no waiting period and no expiry on your downloads.
Acceptable use
You may use the files only as described in the licence above. Uploading our designs to other marketplaces, bundling them into competing products, or passing them off as your own digitising work is a breach of these terms and terminates your licence immediately.
Liability
Every file is tested on real machines before listing — but the final stitch-out depends on things outside our files: your machine's tension and condition, correct hooping, the right stabiliser for your fabric, and thread quality. We cannot accept liability for results caused by machine settings, hooping or stabiliser choices. If a file genuinely does not match its preview, our Refund Policy has you covered within 7 days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the studio grows. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your order, and the date of the latest revision is shown whenever we make a change. Material changes will also be announced to newsletter subscribers.
