Digitising is a craft, not a filter. Each of our designs is drawn point-by-point by hand — never auto-converted from a clipart — and then test-stitched on real embroidery machines in our own studio. If a satin column wrinkles, a jump stitch lingers where it should not, or the density fights the fabric, the design goes straight back to the hoop. Only when a design sews beautifully do we list it.
