Refund Policy

Digital goods, delivered instantly

Every purchase on Sandya Designs is an instant digital download — the moment your UPI payment succeeds, the design file is yours to download and keep. Because the product cannot be "returned" once the file has been delivered, all sales are final once the file is downloaded. We say this upfront so there are no surprises later.

If a file is corrupted or doesn't match its preview

Mistakes are rare — every design is test-stitched before listing — but they are not impossible. If the file you downloaded is corrupted, will not open, or the stitch-out does not match the design preview shown on its product page, contact us within 7 days of purchase on WhatsApp with your order ID. We will either:

• Fix the file and send you a corrected version free of charge, or
• Refund your payment in full — your choice.

Duplicate payments

Accidentally paid twice for the same order? The extra payment is refunded within 5–7 business days to the same UPI account it was paid from. You never need to ask — we check for duplicates on every order and return the money automatically. If you spot one before we do, message us and we will fast-track it.

What we cannot refund

• Change of mind after the file has been downloaded — the design has been delivered in full.
• Stitch-out results caused by machine settings, hooping, stabiliser choice or thread quality — the file is tested, but the sewing is in your hands (see our Terms & Conditions).
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase for corrupted-file claims.

How refunds are handled

We handle all refunds over WhatsApp — it is the fastest way to reach us and the fastest way to get your money back. No forms, no waiting on hold. Message us with your order ID, we confirm the issue, and the refund goes straight back to your source UPI account.

Cancellations before download

If you complete a payment but the file has not yet been downloaded, we can cancel the order and refund you in full — just reach out on WhatsApp with your order ID before downloading. Once the file is downloaded, the digital-goods rule above applies.
