What we collect
- Your Google account name, email address and profile photo when you sign in — nothing more from Google.
- Order details: which designs you bought, which format you chose, when, and for how much.
- The payment screenshot, if you choose to upload one for order verification.
- Your email address, only if you subscribe to our newsletter.
That is the complete list. We do not collect your contacts, your location, your browsing history or anything else that is not directly needed to sell you a design and support your order.
How we use it
- To deliver your purchases — your downloads are saved to your Gmail account so you can re-download them on any device.
- To support your orders — finding a payment, resending a link, fixing a file.
- To send occasional offers and new-design updates, only if you subscribed. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
What we never do
- Sell, rent or share your data with anyone. No advertisers, no data brokers, no exceptions.
- Post anything to your Google account or anywhere else on your behalf.
- Store your card or bank numbers — payments happen entirely inside your UPI app (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm). We only ever see the confirmation, never the credentials.
Cookies & local storage
We use one small session cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember your cart and wishlist between visits. No tracking pixels, no third-party advertising cookies, no fingerprinting.
Data removal
Want your data gone? Message us on WhatsApp and ask — we delete your account, orders and personal details within 7 days, and confirm once it is done. Only records we are legally required to keep for tax purposes are retained, fully anonymised.
